Registration Facts
Your only limit is you: register now and show us what you’ve got! You can choose between 5k running, 10k running or 5k Nordic Walking. Which challenge will you rise up to?

Registration & late registration
The number of participants is limited for organizational reasons. Once the maximum number has been reached, registration will be closed.
The advance registration deadline is 26 April 2026 at 11:59 pm.
If starting places are still available, you can register late on Saturday, 30 May 2026, from 09:30 – 17:30 directly at the race number pick-up/help desk on site. A late entry fee of €12,- will be added to the highest entry category.
Confirmation of Registration & Program Booklet
All participants registered by 26 April 2026 will receive a registration confirmation and a digital program booklet (PDF) by e-mail before the event. Please make sure to provide your current e-mail address when registering.
Please bring your registration confirmation (digital or printed) and your ID to the race number pick-up.
Since 5 December 2025, you can check online whether your registration was successful.

Registration Guide
What you need for your registration
The online-registration for the 38. ASICS Austrian Women's Run is open! Sign up right away and show us your running skills. You will require the following for the registration process:
- If you have participated before: your reference number (see our direct mail from the end of February 2026! Attention: this is NOT your social security number!).
- Time measurement: do you have a your own timkeeping chip, such as Champion or Pentek chip? Kindly remember to provide us the chip number. If you don’t have your own chip, a rental chip will automatically be registered.*
- Team competition & team name: are you running with friends or colleagues? Please enter the team name within your registration (make sure you use the same spelling). Do you train at one of our training locations? Select this location.
- For fast runners who want to run 5k in max. 29 minutes and 10k in max. 55 minutes: please provide us a link to your best performance from last year.
- Your credit card or your bank account number for payment.
*If you’re participating virtually, you don’t need a timing chip.
Entry fees
All entry fee rates are valid for the event in the Prater, as well as for the virtual run.

A subsequent change to the data you provided is possible until April 26, 2026, subject to a late-change fee of EUR 12,- added to the highest entry fee. The entry fee includes 20% VAT.

PLEASE NOTE
- Make sure to provide full details of the cardholder.
- In case of inability to participate or non-attendance for any reason, cancellation of the registration is not possible. A refund of the entry fee is only available if the cancellation insurance offered during registration was purchased and according to the insurance terms.
- Costs arising from unauthorized chargebacks (bank fees and processing charges) will be billed to the participant.
- Duplicate registrations will be charged twice. Note: data or name changes are possible until 26 April 2026.

Data Changes
If you need to correct your personal information or replace your data with that of another runner/walker, you will find the link for data changes in your registration confirmation.
Please note:
• Data changes are possible until and including 26 April 2026.
• Changing your year of birth or deleting the chip number may affect the invoice amount. Any additional payment must be made on 30 May 2026 at the help desk of the race number pick-up.
• Changes to additional services such as reorders of Women’s Run items, donation euros, or the cancellation insurance are not possible.
• After submitting your changes, you will receive a new confirmation by e-mail.

All participants are ranked individually. The top three in each age category will be honored on stage during the women’s run award ceremony – the largest female winners’ ceremony in Austria. Nordic Walking is not ranked by age categories. All Nordic Walking participants who reach the finish will appear in the results list alphabetically along with their time.

If you successfully complete your registration for the ASICS Austrian Women's Run 2026, a confirmation page will open in the last step (after payment has been made) and you will receive a registration confirmation by email. Virtual Run
Can’t join the 38th ASICS Austrian Women’s Run in the Prater? No worries!
This year, you can once again take part virtually alongside the on-site event.
How to participate virtually:
- When registering, simply select the virtual edition.
- You will receive all details about the exact procedure of the virtual run by e-mail in due time.
- During registration, you can choose postal delivery* for your race materials. Alternatively, you can pick them up yourself at the race number pick-up on Saturday, 30 May 2026, or have someone collect them for you with an authorization.
- From 30 May 2026 at 00:00 until 31 May 2026 at 23:59, you run your 5 km or 10 km at any location of your choice and track your run with our Women’s Run app or your own GPS tracker. After your run, the Women’s Run app automatically uploads your result. You can also enter your finish time manually in the results list. We will send you the upload link in advance.
- Your digital certificate will be available for download, and your finisher medal will already be in your hands – because every participant is a winner!

Timekeeping & Chip
For the timing at the ASICS Austrian Women’s Run® 2026, a timing chip is required.
Own ChampionChip/Pentek Chip
During online registration, you can enter the number of your ChampionChip or Pentek chip.
No own chip
If you do not have your own chip, a rental chip will automatically be assigned during online registration.
The rental fee charged by Pentek Timing GmbH is €4.90 and will be collected together with the entry fee.

Conditions of participation & cancellation insurance
CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
In order to make the ASICS Austrian Women's Run® an unforgettable running event for all participants again this year, there are some rules to follow. You can read everything in our conditions of participation.
CANCELLATION INSURANCE
This year, all participants once again have the option to purchase cancellation insurance for only €3.50 during online registration.
Registration for the ASICS Austrian Women’s Run is binding. In case of inability to participate or non-attendance for any reason, cancellation is not possible. Please refer to the terms and conditions.
A refund of the entry fee is only possible if the cancellation insurance offered during registration was purchased and according to the applicable insurance conditions. The cancellation insurance applies only to the registration and entry fee for the ASICS Austrian Women’s Run 2026. Additional items booked during registration – such as Women’s Run Edition products, donations, rental chip, clothing drop-off bag or T-shirt personalization – are not covered by the insurance.
By purchasing the cancellation insurance, the participant agrees to the transfer of personal data to the insurance provider.
If a free registration code is used, the purchase of cancellation insurance is not permitted and no insurance coverage applies.
Procedure in the event of a claim/cancellation:
Every claim must be reported immediately, but no later than 48 hours after the occurrence of the event, by email with the subject line “Women’s Run Cancellation Insurance” to the following address:

The following documents and information must be attached to the claim report:
• Registration confirmation for the ASICS Austrian Women’s Run
• Documents and certificates proving the claim (e.g., medical certificate)
