WE RUN TO MOVE. Your personal and athletic goal in 2022: the 34th ASICS Austrian Women's Run on May 22, 2022! Be there when thousands of women and girls unite for the 5 km, 10 km or the Nordic Walking competition. Experience the positive energy and the unique sense of community on site in the Vienna Prater or during your virtual run. True to our motto WE RUN TO MOVE, your participation sends a strong signal for courage, cohesion and self-confidence of women and girls. Information about participation and registration will follow.

Running gets you further – no matter in which part of your life. But it doesn’t have to be about performance all the time, it is about more than that. Get inspired and set a goal in order to achieve it! “The future is female” – and the ASICS Austrian Women’s Run® is a part of this future. So, run with us!

Training plans

Start our women's running workouts beginning February 28, 2022 with the "Fit in 12 Weeks" workout program. Due to the Omicron craze and to protect our trainers and runners, we feel it is prudent not to launch with our workouts just yet. But, dear women & girls, start now alone or with a friend and train with our free training plans!
